TRAINING PROGRAM

With great pleasure, I offer you a 2-hour training course combined with wine tasting aimed at wine lovers who want to learn more and use this knowledge during social, professional, and business meetings, organization of receptions, and table talks.

During the training and tasting, basic knowledge of the origin, manufacture, classification, storage, selection, serving, tasting, distinguishing aromas, and pairing wine with food will be presented based on selected wines from the main grape varietals and major wine regions of the world.

Participants will acquire factual wine knowledge and skills related to the selection and choice of wine for any occasion. The information acquired during the training will allow you to move freely in the world of wine, to talk freely about wine in company, at business banquets, dinners, and informal meetings, as well as with specialists in this field.

The training combined with a commented tasting is conducted by Pawel Grotowski, a well-known wine blogger, founder, and co-author of one of the most recognized wine blogs POWINOWACI.PL, juror of wine competitions, organizer and commentator of many tastings, a former employee of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, expert, and trainer in Business Etiquette and Diplomatic Protocol.

During the tasting, each participant will be able to taste 7 wines of different character from different wine regions. Each wine will be described in terms of its origin, characteristics of the varietal or appellation, serving temperature, and matching with food.
